How To Change Your Render Distance To Whatever You Want!

What Will This Do?
This helpful tip will help you change your render distance to whatever you want.

Warnings
1. This may result in too much lag if you put your render distance too high.
2. You need a file browser if you have iOS (like iTunes or iExplorer), but you can use a file editing software on your Android devices.
3. This may cause world crashes.

Tutorial
1. Connect your device to your computer.
2. Open your file editing software and save the "games" file to wherever you choose.
3. Open the "games" folder, then the "com.mojang" folder, then "minecraftpe", and finally "options."
4. Once you are in the options text file, search for "gfx_viewdistance:" (you can use Ctrl + F and search this to make this step easier.)

5. Change the render distance (view distance) number to your desired amount. The number you type in is the number of blocks away that you will be able to see. Since each chunk is 16 by 16 blocks, multiply the number of chunks you want your render distance to be by 16. (Example: If I want 10 chunks, do 10 x 16 = 160.) Then type the product in the blank.
6. Place the new "games" folder into Minecraft using your software.
7. Open Minecraft.

Note: Once you have your render distance typed in, if you use the slider that changes the render distance, this will reset them, so do not touch this button!

Note: If you are using Android, follow steps 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8
