I was looking for a PC that will play Minecraft and I have found one and a monitor but I am not very good with computers, so I was wondering if the pc and monitor that I picked will be enough to play Minecraft Java and Windows 10.
It would also be appreciated if you could tell me the FPS I could get with the Optifine Mod on.

Hey ShadowGamer! So just a heads up, for the PC you might want at least 6-8 GB of RAM and maybe either a 256 GB SSD, or a 1TB Hard Drive. It really depends on if you want speed, or storage. The Hard drive is good for storage, the SSD is good for speed. And if would also recommend maybe a GeForce MX150 as your GPU/Graphics Card if you want higher FPS. I personally think the monitor is perfect.
