The Minecraft JAVA BastiGHG V.3 Cape in Minecraft Bedock Free (With Java Physics) The Cape has ~30FPS, and thus a nice animation. Cape by Blueface HD and Friedrich M8. Have fun!
There is one drawback, only you can see the cape, not the others.
Otherwise there are only positive things! 🙂

What you need to do to install it.
1. you click on the download button "Download (Only Win-10)".
2. you wait 5 seconds and press "Free access with advertising".
3. then click on "Discover Interesting Articles" and press the "X" after 15 seconds.
4. now click on "Next".
5. you install the cape from MediaFire.
6. you load it into MCPE in your global resources.
7. if you go to the world and you don't see the cape, open the inventory and click on the box to see your entire inventory.
8. DONE!
