Better Actionbars!
Have you ever wanted to add a custom cooldown bar? I have using the /title @a actionbar "title", and sometimes it would look better if the bar was above the hunger bar, or didn't have the coloured background. This resource pack is a simple fix for that!
This addon has a few settings: Background Actionbar Centered On Top, No Background Actionbar Centered On Top, No Background Actionbar Centered Over Hotbar, and No Background Actionbar Above Hunger Bar. Also, if you want a bar like the one in the picture use /title @p actionbar §c▉▉▉▉§a▉▉▉▉▉▉
