Block Outline and Overlay - More Colors Soon
This is a working block outline and overlay resource pack minecraft bedrock edition. I will be adding more colors in the future. This works in 1.18 and below as long as your not using a render dragon engine.

To enable the outline, toggle on the outline selection option. To enable the overlay, toggle off the outline selection option.
Colors black, red, and blue will be released soon. After that I will release chroma and other light colored versions.
