I actually suggest skipping the demonstration images if you are going to download this as it could spoil a bit of the fun.

Leaves all leaves have been swapped out with their wood counterparts.

Logs all logs now have a leaf-like texture

Stone now looks like dirt 

Grass and Dirt have been swapped to stone textures

Lava (kind of) looks like water

Sun (usually brighter than this)

Moon 

Blood Red Rain (cuz I thought it looked cool, also it looks way cooler when not in a 10 fps gif in my opinion)

Crafting table and furnace textures swapped

Obsidian looks like bedrock and bedrock looks like stone

Bow "animations" have been reversed

A lot of the consumable food items are swapped around randomly

Throwables are also swapped around 

Bucket textures are swapped

Planks look like sticks while sticks look like planks (sort of)

A lot of random items and blocks are also swapped around
