Enhanced Enchantment Glint v4

Hey! Mark here and I’m back! Took some while but I have finally come up with new designs for an update, and not only that I’ve also changed some of

I was inspired by Xisuma’s texture on his videos and search for one and didn’t find any that looks similar to it and haven’t found one, so I tried made my own.

In this update  I’ve added 12 new glints and I’ve changed how the resolution s of items now works.

I’ve also cleared some of your questions later down below…

Colors and Variations:

Colors:

  • Default
  • Red
  • Yellow
  • Blue

Variations:

V1:

  • Default

– Normal gadient glint

  • Cyber

– Edgy Cyberpunk Look

  • Bolt

– Bolts of electricity

V2:

  • Dark

– inversed lightning

  • Lighting

– continuous and darker feels

  • Corrupted

– inversed bolts and has a corrupted feels like in RPGs

V3:

  • Squares

– Squares (yeah)

  • Hexagons

– the things that I didn’t understand in science class

  • Smooth

– Smooth seemless loop

v4

  • Beam

Radiating lines

  • Aura

Soft brushes

  • Metallic

Like scratches on smooth metal surfaces

Here’s some pictures:

V1

Bolt Default

Default Yellow

Cyber Red

V2

Dark Blue:

Lightning Yellow:

Corrupted Default:

V3

Squares Red:

Hexagons Yellow:

Smooth Default:

v4

Beam Yellow

Aura Default

Metallic Red

And many more… (Some pictures may be blurry and/or even looked like the default one so you have to try it to see it)

I added a pack for all of the emchanted/enchant able items that is resized to become 256 resolution

The 256x items makes the glint smoother, there’s also a 128x and 64x item subpack.

Have a look

16x

64x

128x

256x

Now there are 2 glints:

128x

256x

In this update there are only 2 packs per version

128x –  128x glint

256x  256x glint

And the items are in a separate pack that has three subpacks

256x128x and 64x

Compatibility:

Please follow this guide for any custom resources if you don’t know what to arrange your pack

This is the result for custom packs

Note: for custom packs you want to resize them to 64, 128 or 256 for the glint to look smoother unless if you didn’t mind

*other arrangements would work but this is the ideal one

All Credits goes to the owners of these packs used in example

More are soon to come and comment down what do you think of anything.

Credits:

– Xisuma for the inspiration

– melamed_tal for the leather cap, leggings and boots (because I can’t find any texture of it the Minecraft resources) hope you don’t mind.

– Hybred for the amazing cubemap

– And someone I don’t know who is the real owner of the cubic sun and moon (let know down below)

Changelog

-release v4

-removed item textures from each pack

-added separate pack for all resized textures

-cleared some of your questions

-fixed some issues regarding the pack itself

Installation

- Download the pack below

- Open mcpack file or extract the files into the resources directory

- install on your Minecraft

Note: Restart Minecraft when changing to a subpack or activate/deactivate any random packs that wouldn't interfere with the pack -- These are the methods to make sure the textures load. (At least in this pack)
