MCPE/Bedrock New Touch Controls Early

Today I'm going to show you how to install the NEW Minecraft Pocket Edition/Bedrock touch controls early, these are currently not active in Minecraft 1.19.0 - However with this .mcpack you can install them without messing with your files via file managers.
