Hello and welcome! My name is MrGreenGames and I have a wonderful pack for you today! If you have ever been frustrated by the limited visibility of Minecraft while underwater then you need this pack now! 

There is not a whole lot to describe here, simply put this removes water fog in Minecraft by altering the "biomes_client.json" file. 

Images below will give you a good idea of the visibility with the pack applied

The surface of the water will remain normal unless you alter this through other texture packs.
