Installation

(I think) Even if you double-click the .mcpack file of the downloaded pack,it is likely that it will not be imported successfully into Minecraft.

So you need to download the ZIP file.
How to import pack with ZIP
1. Extract the downloaded file
2. Copy the extracted folder
3. Paste directly into resource_packs in Minecraft folder
