This world includes flooded houses, numerous flooded basements, flooded sewer tunnels, a flooded subway system, many flooded buildings and much more, this world is great for those who never want to leave their boats yet still have an appetite for exploration the world is flooded up to Y 73 (1-2 stories above street level depending on location) so there are lots of locations to go for a leisurely dive
