I have now updated the file and have two versions available: Exploding and Non-Exploding

Exploding Version
Creepers are back to normal but when they explode you no longer have to worry about them taking any valuable blocks with them! Blaze rod along with lightning strikes will turn them in to charged creepers.

TNT and Minecart TNT will now explode like normal but won't destroy any blocks

Endermen no longer have the urge to steal and place random blocks, everything else about them remains unchanged

Non-Exploding Version
Stops Creepers from exploding, instead they attack the player, Iron Golem, Snow Golem, and villagers with powerful melee attacks to compensate
Creepers can now become charged not only by lightning but also hitting them with a blaze rod, this will in turn increase the melee damage they deal

Endermen no longer have the urge to steal and place random blocks, everything else about them remains unchanged

TNT blocks will light up and then simply disappear when activated

Minecart with TNT blocks will no longer activate
