The way a player can change is by sneaking and jumping to get the item

the player will issue a kind 
of shuriken at the nearest target 
if there is no target, the 
shuriken will not appear
-effect wither
-effect slowness

the player will take the
mob's life except for the 
player in front of him and 
will issue a black spirit

the player will issue a giant skull spirit that will make the mob except the player scared 
-effect wither
-effect slowness
