Obtaining Allies:

There are two ways to get allies in this addon: 

• Using Totems
• Using Contracts

Totems and Contracts summon in special versions of existing Minecraft mobs. These new versions will attack other monsters and can be paid to follow you and attack mobs that you do (like dogs). The allies you summon can also be healed with certain items.

In order to get any Totems, you must first craft a Basic Totem using Stone and Redstone Blocks:

Once you have a Basic Totem, you can get other Totems by combining it with other items.

Below is a list of all the allies you can summon, the crafting recipe for their totem or contract, what they can be paid with, and what they can be healed with:

Zombie:

Totem recipe: Basic Totem + Rotten Flesh

Heal Item: Rotten Flesh

Husk:

Totem recipe: Zombie Totem + Sand

Drowned:

NOTE: These Creepers don't blow up blocks around them so you won't have to worry about your base!

• Zombie Horses - a Horse will become a Zombie when blown up by a Creeper
• Skeleton Horses - a Horse will become a Skeleton when struck by lightning (they cannot be hit by the trident though, hit the mob next to a Horse to get by this issue)
• Polar Bears - tame with Raw Salmon, Raw Cod, or Tropical Fish

Known Bugs:

• Ally Creepers don't expand or hiss before exploding
• Allies with a Crossbow appear to aim at the floor
• Ally Piglins and Piglin Brutes won't attack other Piglins and Piglin Brutes
