Better Laddering: Bedrock Edition
Enhance Minecraft Bedrock with "Better Laddering" addon! Place ladders without support, stack ladders above or below with ease, and make ladders useful than before. Make your cave, and mountain exploration easier!
This concept was inspired by the Java mod "Better Ladders" by meeetj, and was my last year's addon concept to make, but had no time due to college.
- Ladder Stacking - This simply makes ladders be stackable, when you are placing a ladder to a ladder block, which makes it stack above or below.
- Ladder Floor and Ceiling Placement - You can place ladders even without supporting blocks!
- Bulk Destroying - Since destroying all of those stacked ladders are time-consuming, I made it efficient to destroy up-stacked ladders, and down-stacked ladders, by just holding a ladder, and either sneaking or not sneaking similar for adding stack to ladders in order to destroy the stacked ladders. (Note: you must hold a ladder block in your hand to make this work, else it's just normal breaking or destroying.)
- Customizable - You can customize this ladder placement, by modifying its griefable blocks, and disabling griefing for safety mode.

Installation
Installation
Here are the ways to install any addon on your device. Make sure to download the addon packs first.
- After downloading the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack in .mcpack or .mcaddon form, open it in the file system or File app. Follow this step-by-step guide through your phone: Open as -> App (Others if Minecraft is not there) -> Minecraft.
- After opening it in the Minecraft app, it will automatically install the addon in your minecraft folder.
- After downloading the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack in .mcpack or .mcaddon form, open it by selecting Minecraft: Windows Edition as the application:
- It will automatically install the Behavior Pack & Resource Pack if you opened the .mcaddon file.
- It will automatically install Behavior Pack if you installed the v1.20.0-Better_Laddering_BP.mcpack, and v1.20.0-Better_Laddering_BP.mcpack for Resource Pack.
- After installing both packs, you can add it to your own world with few setup to work with In-game.
- Make sure you TURN ON the following features or capabilities in the game:
- To fully activate the addon. Make sure to activate the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack to your selected world.
