Addon Biome Update changes the following biomes : dark forest, snowy taiga and desert. New items, mobs and blocks will be added to these biomes. The addon is at an early stage of development, if there are errors, then write to the discord or in the comments

Dark Forest

Leshy is a kind creature, he will always help to player in his travels and search of forest mansions. Wither effect is applied to evil mobs.

Whisp is a kind cute mob. It was an early prototype of the allay, but i added it to the addon.

Bug is a decorative mob that drops chitin. Chitin will be needed in crafting a chitin shield

Bears appear in the forests. they attack wolves, foxes and rabbits. They can be propagated with fish, honeycombs and berries

Snowy taiga

The addon will make the empty cold snowy taiga more interesting and dangerous. Flora and fauna also diversify

Yetis are very dangerous creatures. Their snowy coloration blends them with the snow. They drop horns and snowballs. Yetti are aggressive towards players, villagers, iron and snow golems. Horns can be used in sword crafting

View Craft

Icestone is a new type of stone that spawns in cold biomes. Just like normal ice, icestone is slippery and melts from fire and light. It can be used to make decorative blocks. 

Jungle 

Gorillas are very interesting creatures. Gorillas have 3 professions (regular, hunters and farmers). Ordinary gorillas walk through the jungle and do nothing. Gorilla hunters have red eyes and hunt animals. Gorilla farmers have green eyes and grow and sell various plants. You can also trade with them. Albino Gorilla will spawn with a rare chance (1% chance)

Rasplastan is a worm that looks like a silverfish. It can be used as a lawn mower because it can break grass and bushes. He spawn in lush caves and jungles

Pilestone is a new type of stone. Appears in the jungle. Pilestone can be crafted into totems, which can spawn in hilly jungles. 

Desert

Deserts with this addon will greatly improve. New grass and small cacti now spawn is deserts.

Goat skulls are very good decorative blocks. Bone meal is made from the appear in deserts and mountains.

Snakes spawn in jungles, deserts, and swamps. They drop leather, fangs and eggs. You can make a wallet out of leather, by exchanging a wallet wallet with gorillas, you can get a golden wallet. Fangs will soon be needed for sword crafting.

The zebras were spawning in savanna (I added them to the desert list so there are many tabs). They drop leather. Zebra leather can be brewed into an invisibility potion.

Easter Castle 

The Easter Castle spawns in the Flower Forest with a rare chance. It consists of stone bricks, multi-colored wool and grass in the middle.

A new mob will appear in the castle - the Easter Bunny. He can exchange eggs for various resources. Easter eggs are also hidden throughout the castle. Some will have to work hard to find them.

Rest

A "secret" box is added to the addon. There is something very secret in such a box, no one knows it) Previously, such a box was shown at minecon 2021

The scuba suit was shown at minecon 2019. The scuba gear is crafted from prismarine and copper

Rats are very interesting animals, their goal in the addon is to find the nearest mines. Rats appear above the mines, somewhere on the surface. They can be tamed with cheese. Otherwise, she is an ordinary decorative mob.

There are 2 ores in the addon, these are sulfur and the remains of nautiluses. Sulfur can be used to craft gunpowder and tnt. The nautilus are more interesting.

One nautilus ore drops from 1 to 4 shell shards. When combined in a craft table, you can get nautilus shell.

Nether 

Wandering Soul is a new mob that spawns in Soul Sand Valley. Runs fast, drops an item called <Vexing Souls>

Vengestone and Piglin Shaman. Vengestone spawns occasionally in all nether biomes from height 0 to 120. Vengestone is used to craft block and pickaxe. Vengestone pickaxe can mine all existing minecraft blocks. The main use of Vengestone in crafting stone of the fire. Piglin Shaman is anew subspecies of Piglin that shoots fire projectiles. You can also shoot them if you make a staff of the fire.

End 

In the end, I added enderman from minecraft dungeons, each of them has special abilities

clouds

Clouds in the addon are considered a structure, they are generated at 256 height. There are 4 variations of the cloud, each of them is unique in its own way.

The first cloud is a flying blue forest filled with blue trees. Luminous plants grow here, cloudy cows spawn

The second cloud differs from the first only in the color of the vegetation and the absence of luminous plants. Cloud cows also spawn here

Labyrinth clouds are a huge structure, in the center of which there is a small labyrinth. Smaller clouds fly around the central island, connected to each other by golden chains. In the labyrinth there are chests with useful loot.

The cloud with angels was chosen by the subscribers of my VK community in a recent vote. In the cloud of angels there are spawners of angels, wisps and allays.

Staffs

The addon adds 4 new stones.
