Enchantment Descriptions
Enchantment Descriptions is a light weight client-side add-on that adds descriptions of enchantments to the tool tip of enchanted books and items. With this add-on, you don't have to worry about questioning yourself "What this enchantment does ?"

For example, as you can see in the above images, that each Enchanted Book has a unique description. Similarly, every Enchanted Item in your world/server will have a description according to the enchantments applied on it. Do I have to install it in client or server side ?
You have to install it in client side (resource pack).
