Hulk:

Dr. Bruce Banner lives a quiet life, until he saves the life of teenager Rick Jones from a gamma bomb explosion. After this, the mild-mannered scientist transforms into a powerful being called the Hulk whenever he gets angry.

She-Hulk:

Jennifer Walters is a talented lawyer and the cousin of Bruce Banner, the Hulk. After being shot by a mobster and seriously injured, she was saved by a blood transfusion from Bruce, and his gamma-irradiated blood mutated Jennifer into the She-Hulk, kicking off her adventuring career.

Red Hulk:

Ross is a United States military officer, the father of Betty Ross, ex-father-in-law of Glenn Talbot, father-in-law of Bruce Banner, and the head of the gamma bomb project that turned Banner into the Hulk. After the creation of the Hulk, Ross pursues the creature with a growing obsession, and, after learning that Banner and the Hulk are one and the same, Ross hunts Banner as well. In 2008, Ross was transformed into the Red Hulk to better combat his nemesis.

Abomination:

Emil Blonsky is a former special-ops commander of the British Royal Marines who was loaned to SOCOM. In his efforts to apprehend Hulk, Blonsky was recruited by United States Army General Thaddeus Ross and injected with a variant of the Super Soldier Serum. After losing to Hulk during a battle, Blonsky had himself transfused with Banner's gamma-irradiated blood, causing him to transform into the Hulk-sized Abomination.

Daredevil:

Daredevil's alias is Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer. His origins stem from a childhood car accident that gave him special abilities. While growing up in the historically gritty or crime-ridden working class Irish-American neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen in New York City, Matt Murdock is blinded by a radioactive substance that falls from an out-of-control truck after he pushes a man out of the path of the oncoming vehicle. While he can no longer see, his exposure to the radioactive material heightens his remaining senses beyond normal human ability, and gives him a "radar sense."

Red She-Hulk:

Elizabeth "Betty" Ross, also known as Red She-Hulk is a fairly recent Marvel villain and enemy to the Hulk - she is an 'evil'-version of She-Hulk in much the same way that Red Hulk is an 'evil'-version of the Hulk but like Red Hulk her powers work differently from She-Hulk in many ways and she has striking red skin rather than the traditional green skin of gamma-mutates.

The Leader:

Samuel Sterns aka the Leader was a simple American worker in a chemical plant in a menial capacity until an accident working with radioactive material bombarded him with gamma radiation, turning his skin green and making his head grow. The radiation increased his intelligence to genius-level along with his ego and ambition to match. This led him into conflict with the Hulk becoming his self-proclaimed arch-enemy.

Titania:

Often known as the arch enemy of She Hulk, Titania possesses incredible superhuman strength. She has a obsession of defeating She hulk as she thinks she is stronger than everyone.

Frog Man:

Eugene Patilio is an aspiring hero and the son of former Super Villain Leap-Frog. His power derives from electric coils in his boots that give him the ability to leap great distances. He has petitioned to join the Defenders, the Avengers, and to become Peter Parker, AKA Spider-Man’s sidekick.

Amadeus Cho:

Amadeus Cho also known as the seventh smartest man in the world. After being exposed to gamma rays he transforms into  a smart version of the hulk.

Grey Hulk(Joe Fixit):

the Grey Hulk persona of Hulk took on the name Joe Fixit, while working as a mobster in Las Vegas. There, he worked as a Las Vegas Mob Enforcer for the mafia, taking care of their problems at night.
