Minimalist Armor
Don't like bulky Minecraft armor? Want to see your awesome skin in survival all the time? You need Minimalist Armor. Your armor functions identically to Vanilla Minecraft armor, just unobtrusive and ... minimalistic.
So your standard vanilla armor looks something like this:
It's fine, it's nice, it's just ... bulky. How about this instead:
Each piece of armor easily identifies as to what type of armor it is and what it's made from.
Shields aren't forgotten either, old on the left, new on the right:
What hasn't changed
Functionally this pack changes nothing. Everything works as-normal - diamond armor still costs what it costs, protects what it currently protects, and still crafts as it crafts now in Vanilla Minecraft. Same for shields. The difference is purely cosmetic.
Nothing has changed for leather or chain-mail armor.
Non-Player mobs wearing armor appear normally (i.e. no changes for armor-wearing mobs, this change only affects Players).
