Minimalist Boats
This addon adds new boats with new features and a different way of crafting them, generating new game mechanics. If you are tired of the boring Minecraft boats this is your addon!
There are four types of boats.
Sailboat:
A simple boat with two seats.
Speed: 50% faster than normal boat.
To craft it you need:
- Simple Boat
- Rudder
- Sail
Raft:
A big boat with 4 seats, you can add a chest but it will lose a seat.
Speed: 15% slower than normal boat.
To craft it you need:
- Wood Platform
- Rudder
- Rowing
Motor Boat:
A very fast boat with two seats, to use it you need fuel.
Speed: 100% faster than normal boat.
To craft it you need:
- Iron Boat
- Motor
- Handle
Cannon Boat:
A small motor boat with a cannon that allows you to shoot cannonballs.
Uses fuel.
Speed: 50% faster than normal boat.
To craft it you need:
- Little Iron Boat and then Little Motor Boat
- Motor
- Handle
- Cannon
To craft the boats, you first need the Boat Building Table.
You can find the crafting recipe in your inventory.
And in it you will find the crafting recipes of the boats and their parts.
How to create the boats.
Sailboat
1.Place the Simple Boat on the ground.
2.Right click with the Rudder and with the Sail.
When destroying it, it will drop an item with the boat fully armed.
Raft
1.Place the Wood Platform on the ground.
2.Right click with the Rudder and with the Rowing.
You can put a chest but you will have one less seat.
When destroying it, it will drop an item with the boat fully armed.
Motorboat
1.Place the Iron Boat on the ground.
2.Right click with the Handle and with the Motor.
When destroying it, it will drop an item with the boat fully armed.
This boat moves with fuel, to fill it you just have to right-click on it with the Fuel can. This will load 1000 of fuel which is equivalent to more than 1000 blocks in a straight line.
Cannon Boat
1.Place the Little Iron Boat on the ground.
2.Right click with the Handle, with the Motor and with the Cannon.
When destroying it, it will drop an item with the boat fully armed.
To fire the cannon you need to be riding the boat and having the Cannonball in your hand, then aim and right click.
This boat moves with fuel, to fill it you just have to right-click on it with the Fuel can. This will load 1000 of fuel which is equivalent to more than 1000 blocks in a straight line.
