Mob Tools is an addon that adds new items that we can obtain through some mobs and obtain abilities from mobs or even new abilities using and creating new items
you can see the recipe by entering the creation table

kill a wither skeleton to get the wither bone or you can create it on the creation table

Use ice bone
kill a stray to get the ice bone or you can create it on the creation table

Drop in lava cauldron to obtain fireball
Wither skull
Creeper scence
Drop in lava cauldron to obtain creeper explotion
