When creating a new world, two clan options will appear for you to choose from
After choosing your clan, the item itself will show the amount of xp needed to evolve
Each mode is equipped by holding the screen/clicking the right button

It also has the abilities of mangekyou, such as tsukuyomi, amaterasu and kotoamatsukami
this is just one mangekyou sharingan among the five, when you hold crouch the personalized susanoo appears
When you choose the Hyuuga clan and awaken the Byakugan, unlike the Sharingan it will come with some abilities! as rotation of the hyuuga and eight trigrams sixty-four strokes

After evolving the Byakugan, you will have access to the Twin Lions Fist
By defeating the guy, you gain access to the eight inner gates
evolving to the second gate, you will have the lotus ability, where you throw the opponent upwards and then execute a blow with all your strength downwards.
By evolving to the seventh gate, you will unlock the dawn tiger, an ability where when activated, opponents begin to take damage just by being close to you
By evolving to the eighth gate, you will unlock the night guy, an ability where when activated, opponents begin to take damage just by being close to you 
By defeating Jiraya, he can drop the frog summoning jutsu
