Well, there is 1000+ blocks/items in Minecraft. This function pack will give you one of those random blocks/item every 30 seconds.

This function pack will give you a random item every 30 seconds. Any item in Minecraft including bedrock, command blocks, barriers, and if you enable the education edition features, you can get the elements.

Once the function pack is downloaded, type “/function run” into a command block, set the tick delay to 600 for 30 seconds of delay. Turn the command block into a “always active” repeating command block.
