This addon simply adds scp 173 and weeping angel to your worlds! what did they do? they MOVE when you dont look at them. this addon also adds 2 additional function pack. entity don't move when you look at them, and statue addon.

Weeping Angel

(spawn egg name is "wa")

-speed= 0.25

-can spawn naturally in the world, have spawn egg, can be summoned

Scp-173

(spawn egg name is "scp")

-speed= 0.5

-have spawn egg, can be summoned

statue addon

-entity named "statue" wont move when you look at them

-name tag entity "statue" and they will stop moving when you look at them.

entity dont move when you look at them

You can download one of them or both. zip allows you to choose what addon you want from that 4 addon. Mcaddon apply all 4 addon into your minecraft
