The shadow realm was originally the end but I changed it to look a little like the shadow dimension did in Stargirl. In the Shadow realm you can find something called darkness. Killing the darkness gives you points to unlock The Shade abilities. The way to get to the shadow realm is the same as you would get to the end you just have to find the stronghold and go through the portal. The darkness does not harm you and it is very easy to kill.

There are 5 abilities you can obtain. To get them you have to craft something called the darkness collector (see recipe on the right). Once you get the darkness collector right click with it in your hand this will now have a score on the side of your screen. Every time you kill a darkness the score goes up by 1. Once you get the amount needed for a ability right click with the collector again (now called "The Shade Stage 1). To use abilities you right click with the abilities item in your hand. Abilities

Shadow Sneak

Cost- 10 Darkness

Description- Shadow Sneak turns you invisible for 10 seconds leaving a burst of shadows behind.  It also gives you speed 3 but blindness and weakness.

Shadow Shield

Cost- 20 Darkness

Description- Creates a shield around you of shadow that makes you invincible for 3 seconds. If you hold down right click with the ability it will keep working back to back. You can not move while the shield is around you.

Shadow Grab

Cost- 30 Darkness

Description- Shadows come up from the ground and grab mobs/players in a 10 block radius for 3 seconds. This traps them in place.

Shadow Portal

Cost- 40 Darkness

Description- You create a shadow to the portal realm near you when used so you can go back and for at free will.

Shadow Manipulation

Cost- 50 Darkness

Description- Shadows come up from the ground around you damaging anything hit by the shadows. It gives wither to everything caught inside but you.
