The name of this addon is "WarPads". As per the name this addon, this adds a block named "Warp Block". Looks Like this.

That Is Pretty Good block that can literally make you travel faster than the speed of light. 

You can travel through dimensions as they are one block away from you. Got excited? Lets know how to use it before downloading.

How to use?

Remember to turn on all the experimental features for making it work.

First get the block by creating it on the crafting table. Recipes are like this.

(Note:- You Can't Get It On Creative Mod. This is only avaliable on commands ("/give @s warp:block" or "/setblock" or "/fill")and crafting table.)

After that place the block. It would look like this

Interact (Right click /left click /tap / hold) The Block To Open The Menu And Name It What You Want For e.g. home. Check this gif.

After naming them interact block again for warp menu. The warp menu will show the names that you saved. And message will pop up saying successfully warped to warp name.Check this out.

It can warp you through out the dimensions.

Eventually you can't break it in survival but you can pick it up by crouching and interaction with the block. Check this gif.

Known issue

• Well, while using "!warp create" command warp block is to be placed at the given location but when the chunk isn't loaded it doesn't. Be Aware.
