Info:
When you throw item, it will be instantly gone.

Commands:
/execute @e[type=item,name=Whatever you want] ~ ~ ~ summon lightning_bolt

If you did this command( up there ) in survival mode, lightning will be striking you. So, I made new command below.

/execute @e[type=item,name=e.g Diamonds] ~ ~ ~ kill @e[type=item,name=e.g Diamonds]
