Minecraft Bedrock: Transfer from Wii U to Bedrock CONFIRMED!

So Legacy is being discontinued right? It is no longer getting updates after the Update Aquatic. Well, today, it was confirmed that Wii u would be getting the ability to transfer saves!

Why is this happening? Is it only for Wii U?
