Minecraft Bedrock: 1.2.13.12 Beta Build Out Now
Over the past few weeks, the Bedrock developers have been working very hard at trying to get new beta builds with bug fixes out to us and one thing which is very important to fix is crashes. Well late last night, a new update was released to change some back end things to collect a crash report.
What changed in this beta build? Is there a changelog.
Gartzke confirmed that there is NO changelog as it is only a few behind the scenes changes to help the developers collect crash reports.

That's cool that they're doing this, we no longer have to explain how and why this has crashed :p
