Alone on the top of a tall tower, you can only break the tower. However, you are on top of a command block, unable to break it. There’s no way off of the tower. Unless you cheat death, though that’s unlikely. Unless you… abuse game mechanics.

You spawn on top of a tower, in adventure mode with only signs to greet you.

Who knows what’s at the bottom? You’ll just have to get there to find out.
