All islands in Overworld:

So, which islands are on this map? There are 10 in overworld and 6 in Nether. I will ad more in next updates

OVERWORLD:

The island you spawn on - could be described as plains island. Contains NPC with trades.

Desert island. Contains loot chest and NPC with trades.

Stronghold with End portal. Don't forget your eyes of ender! There is an NPC, he wants dragon's head.

Jungle Island - has an NPC, two ocelots, bamboo and cocoa beans.

Tundra Island - NPC only with just one trade and pumpkins, nothing special.

Giant taiga Island - has some crops, podzol, NPC with trades and loot chest.

Dark oak forest Island

Mesa Island - some gold and NPC, you can buy terracotta from him.

Island with villager hut - you can find there two villagers, and again NPC with trades. He's important, because you can buy lapis and redstone from him and exchange Coins for emeralds.

Savanna Island

NETHER:

First one, the one portal should build on. Contains loot chest and NPC trader.

Nether fortress is split into 3 parts:

  -Island with blaze spawner

  -Island with wither skeleton spawner

  -Island with nether warts

Crimson forest

Warped forest

Basalt delta

Soul sand valley

END

No special islands are added in End, I will probably add some in next update.

Examples of some islands: (not all islands are mentioned here)

First island, the one where you spawn. It has got some iron and also 2 tree types. You can trade with the NPC.

Desert island. You can find there another NPC with some trades.

Nether island. Again, there is a trader. 

One more time I am mentioning, this map is not playable in multiplayer.
