Gameplan

Kill slimes to get moss.

Grow a Lush Tree with some Bonemeal

Kill Cows to get cobblestone

wait for a pillager patrol to get emeralds

Buy Oak or dark oak saplings and brown mushroms from a wandering trader

Kill some other mobs to gather some other materials like Blazerods, bottles, sugar, spidereyes and gold.

You should now have all materilas to heal a zombie Villager.

Now you can get a lot of stuff from the villagers.

How to get to the end?

You can craft the end portal frames

Kill Creeper to get a warden spawn egg.

Kill the warden to get a Catalyst.

Kill mobs near the Catalyst to get a shreeker spawned.

Break the Shrieker with silk touch to get the Shrieker.

Crying Obsidian can be aquired from Endermans.

And Endermites now drop Endstone.

The Wither

Kill skeleton to get soul sand and wither skeleton spawn eggs.

Then it is the same as in normal survival.
